OUR THREE SERVICES

One drawer at a time.

Each service is distinct and can be engaged separately. Together, they cover the full range of what Malaysian families and community organisations need to preserve what has been kept.

HOW WE WORK

A method built on consistency.

Every service Waris Archive delivers uses a defined methodology — a written protocol for photography, a consistent numbering scheme, a condition grading key, a file-naming standard. These are not decisions made on the day. They are established in advance and applied the same way in every engagement so that the records produced are comparable, recoverable and legible to someone who was not present when they were made.

Before any engagement begins, we send a written scope document. The client knows what we will do, what we will not do, and who we would refer specific questions to. This document is not a formality — it is the foundation of the working relationship. We revisit it together at the start of the engagement and again at the close.
